Implementation, ongoing service and infrastructure are different costs. Your proposal separates them, whichever hosting model you choose.
You retain infrastructure control and pay your cloud or server provider directly. Bizniz delivers the solution and, when contracted, operates the agreed components.
No hidden assumption that hosting or premium AI usage is included.
These are provisional planning ranges for a scoped project with suitable data and integration readiness. They are not binding quotations.
A defined process, prepared data and a limited integration scope.
Business integration, workflow delivery and controls for operational use.
ERP, legacy, sensitive data, high availability or cross-environment delivery.
All figures are provisional planning guidance, not final prices. Discovery, infrastructure, provider usage, additional software licenses and applicable taxes are included only when your written quotation says so.
Managed operations covers an agreed operational scope. It is not an unlimited development team or a hidden hosting charge.
For suitable, limited-scope deployments. Complex or high-coverage environments require a separate quote.
Dedicated GPU hosting, unlimited API calls, 24/7 staffed support, a guaranteed availability percentage, new modules or unlimited changes.
No. It is an indicative managed-service range for suitable scopes. A Bizniz-hosted proposal also specifies its hosting allowance and any metered usage or license costs. There is no all-inclusive SaaS price stated here.
Owning the server does not automatically transfer software intellectual property. Your business data remains yours; platform licensing, custom deliverables, source access and exit terms are set out in the contract. Third-party components retain their own licenses.
Yes, where the agreed deployment, documentation and license permit it. Customer-hosted delivery can include handover to your IT team, with an optional managed-operations agreement for selected components.
Only maintenance and minor improvements within the agreed allowance. New modules, new integrations or material redesign are separately scoped before work begins.
No. Model quality, throughput, infrastructure and operating effort all matter. We select the model after a workload assessment instead of promising that one provider is always cheaper.
